Ipoque’s CEO and Co-founder Hendrik Schulze presented his keynote speech titled 'How DPI helps Network Operator’s Customer Experience Managers to Satisfy Their Subscribers' during the Customer Experience Stream at the recent Broadband World Forum in Amsterdam in October.  Ipoque emphasized the importance of internet users' quality of experience and during Mr Schulze's keynote speech, shared innovative use cases which illustrated how DPI will be key in enhancing the user experience on mobile networks. DPI will therefore play a pivotal role in not only understanding the demand for content and services on the mobile internet, it will also enable operators to deliver these services at a higher quality, resulting in increased average revenue per user and reduced network costs.
