Plusnet, a low-cost broadband and home phone services provider to residential and business customers across the U.K, has selected NetCracker to transform its rating and billing infrastructure. NetCracker delivered its comprehensive Revenue Management solution to support Plusnet in continually addressing industry changes and enhancing end-to-end customer billing, rating and charging operations.
According to NetCracker, the billing transformation will enable Plusnet to accelerate and improve its customer billing processes to benefit the customer experience. As part of the transformation, NetCracker will deliver its Revenue Management solution and migrate customers from an existing system to the new platform. NetCracker will also provide Plusnet with a number of professional services, including configuration, integration, migration and testing services to optimize Plusnet’s billing operations.
