Evolving Systems, a leading provider of strategic solutions to telecom operators worldwide, announced that a top tier mobile operator in Argentina has selected the Company’s Dynamic SIM Allocation™ (DSA) solution to help create a better user experience, improve number efficiency, and reduce network costs.
The DSA solution will be linked with a major customer experience update program that will move
most customer interactions online and will extend that online interaction to mobile devices. New customers will be offered increased choice and scope for personalization when their device is activated, and the operator will be able to tailor the customer experience according to location or device. DSA’s dynamic menu capability will allow the operator to quickly add or change the options presented according to market conditions.
