Verizon Adds More Data for Prepaid Plans

Get more data and the latest phones on America’s best network

The number one mobile operator in the US, Verizon this week announced that it will increase data allotment for two of its three prepaid smartphone plans. Customers on Verizon's $45 a month prepaid plan will now get 3GB up from 1GB provided earlier, while the $60 plan has been doubled to 6GB. 

The 3GB plan includes 1GB of AutoPay Bonus Data with unlimited talk and text in the U.S., plus text to Mexico and Canada.  For the 6GB plan, it will also include 1GB of AutoPay Bonus Data with unlimited talk and text in the U.S. and unlimited text and calling to Mexico and Canada. Verizon also offers a voice and text only prepaid plan which comes with unlimited talk, text and Wi-Fi within U.S. for $30 per month.
