Smart Communications, a leading mobile services operator in the Philippines is rewarding customers who use its self-care channels by giving away trips, gadgets and gift certificates to lucky postpaid subscribers. The move by Smart promotes the use of self-care facility, a trend that will benefit both operators and customers. While customers cut down travel and other related costs, operators can scale down their customer service and customer management units despite the increase in the number of subscribers and the expanding list of services and packages offered to subscribers today.

According to Smart, its postpaid subscribers who use its self-care channels to conduct their customer service transactions will stand a chance to win among others several units of iPhone 5S and iPad Mini; trips for two to Pearl of the Pacific Boracay, Dahilayan Adventure Park in Cagayan de Oro, and Bauan Diver’s Sanctuary in Batangas; and gift certificates from Escolta at Peninsula Manila, The Spa, and S&R.

Smart said that subscribers of Freedom Plan and other postpaid packages can register for FREE to the promo by texting the following to 2213: SLRP NAME/COMPLETE ADDRESS/AGE/ACCOUNT NUMBER. (Example: SLRP Juan Ramos/36 J.P. Rizal St., Dasmariñas, Makati/21/0729107382). Once registered, they can start earning raffle entries by performing any of the transactions listed including making payments for their postpaid bills via banks, Smart Money, Pay and Load machines, activating their services or use the customer service portal, my.Smart to enrol to electronic postpaid statements or pay bills via credit card and extend their postpaid services after exceeding their credit limit.
