iFiber Communications, the Columbia Basin's premier triple-play provider has selected Great Lakes Data Systems (GLDS) to provide customer management, billing, provisioning and workforce management solutions. According to GLDS, it has entered into a long-term agreement with iFiber for the deployment of its WinCable® subscriber management and billing system, its SuperController™ provisioning platform, its CableAnytime web-based customer self-care platform and several other solutions that will contribute to the overall efficiency of operations.

Headquartered in California, GLDS provides small-to-medium broadband providers with market-leading billing, subscriber management and provisioning solutions. GLDS' in-house and cloud-based solutions feature Digital & IPTV Authorization, VOD, convergent service provisioning, Credit Card/ACH processing and multi-touch customer self-care.

"As we continue to expand our operations it was imperative we had a software billing system that could evolve with us and we found that with GLDS' WinCable.  We are extremely excited with the great many features of our new BSS and with our new partners at GLDS. We had reporting with our old system but nothing like now with GLDS' system. It's a whole new insight and level of detail into our daily operations and collection processes. We are extremely happy with our decision to go with GLDS."

-            iFiber's CEO Kelly Ryan

"GLDS goes to great lengths to ensure we maximize functionality and value. Our customers need cost-effective ways of competing and GLDS works hard to ensure we provide them. We're pleased to welcome iFiber and look forward to a long-lasting relationship."

-            GLDS' president, Garrick Russell
