Bouygues Telecom Selects Astellia Nova for Service Quality Optimization

Bouygues Telecom, the French Mobile Network Operator (MNO) , Internet Service Provider (ISP) and IPTV company, has continued its relationship with Astellia, selecting its Nova suite to complete its network quality of service monitoring system. This is to optimize the quality of service for its customers and perfect its knowledge of customer usage.

Astellia, leading provider of network and subscriber intelligence for mobile operators, was earlier selected by Bouygues Telecom during its 4G service launch last year for network service quality monitoring.

"Secure customer satisfaction by providing high quality communication services is our priority, especially with 4G. We are proud to cooperate with Astellia, a French company, and to use their powerful Nova solution to fit our strategy, which aims to increase our data network performance.”

Jean-Paul Arzel, Network Director, Bouygues Telecom

"Following Astellia’s support during Bouygues Telecoms 4G commercial launch in October last year, Astellia is very proud to continue accompanying Bouygues Telecom in providing high quality mobile data services to their subscribers.”

Sebastien Schultz, Managing Director Europe, Astellia
